We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team and ensure accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor accountmanagement.
Develop and implement efficient AP policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate payment terms when necessary.
Monitor and reconcile AP aging reports, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to optimize workflows and support business objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Lieu of degree
Five+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of AP processes, ERP systems, and best practices.
Background in logistics, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, or related industries is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives is a plus.
