Reconcile refund requests received against the internal database and official Treasury reports. Prepare A-123 selection samples, supporting documents, and related workflows for compliance. Obtain and maintain Treasury reports weekly, formatting them into monthly and year-to-date (YTD) files for retention and analysis. Review and process all Credit Card refunds for the NFA Division/Branch, FFLC, and FELC. Maintain accurate and complete documentation (refund-request packages) for all credit card refund requests across all revenue program areas. Reconcile all credit card refunds against the Vantiv (WorldPay) disbursement report(s). Research, obtain, and review documents for receipts processed via an incorrect Lockbox, prepare the necessary adjusting entry, and submit it for review. Maintain, review, and distribute daily lockbox files to all five (5) program areas, providing payment identification numbers for all items. Pull daily lockbox activity from the secure site, retain it in the proper location, and distribute daily data files for upload into respective systems. Prepare and update the Revenue Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prepare and review internal tracking logs for accuracy and completion. Answer and document Revenue Management Support (RMS) phone calls as necessary, seeing calls through to resolution.
