Fleet & Field Operations

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Serve on the inbound call center team, supporting consumers during regular business hours (9 AM - 5 PM ET) and beyond as needed.
Answer high-volume calls in both English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy.
Clearly explain dispute resolution program eligibility, including state-specific laws and consumer rights.
Guide consumers through the claims process, either by phone or online.
Collect, review, and upload documentation necessary to initiate or support a claim.
Follow up with consumers to ensure all required information is gathered and documented correctly.

Highly-skilled with scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) in the context of ServiceNow platform development and Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap)
Strong knowledge of architecture and design of ServiceNow platform implementations, including workflows, custom apps, and integrations
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub and Spokes
Proven experience leading technical teams, process governance and delivering large-scale projects
Proven experience in Perl and Python programming in Linux environment
