Good insurance plan, good amount of PTO days, lots of remote work opportunities
There is a lot of micromanaging. Too much work is given with unattainable expectations
There are many opportunities to add money to your HSA/HRA by performing different mental and physical health related activities
I feel the CEO and leadership team are extremely out of touch with their employees so there is nothing that I like about them
It seems to be work, work, work all the time. There are no team builders, o and no time to get to know coworkers at all. There are courses you can take to expand your skills but lower level employees are never given any time to explore them. Employees should be given time to get to know each other to function better as a team. These are also the employees that can benefit most from taking the courses that are offered. If there was time to do these things I feel employees would be happier overall.

It kept me busy and the team work was amazing. I’d definitely take the opportunity to work there again if I lived in Florida.
