Unique working experience. Can be a good entry level to mid level career, with chance to learn, but there is a ceiling and efforts will go under-appreciated. Some really outstanding individuals who care and are genuinely focused on people and company.
There was adequate PTO, and fairly easy to take.
Horrible leadership at senior management level. Terrible communication. The bi-lingual (English/Spanish) environment adds to this. Very limited promotion opportunities, and under market salaries. It is the little engine that really wants to, but ALWAYS comes up short.
CEO is good person. Senior leadership needs lessons and reminder to focus on people, especially safety.
News new blood with fresh ideas.
