What do you like best about Accutron's CEO and the leadership team?

The new leadership shows promise, but there are concerns regarding the new GM. It appears that the GM is manipulating individuals, causing misalignment between the internal team and the company. There is inconsistency in what is said versus what is done, and an ego-driven approach that could be detrimental to the organization.

How does your compensation at Accutron compare to the industry average?

I am being paid less compared to others, and there is mental mistreatment of employees. If you speak up, you risk being removed from the company. I am a victim of this
