Mr. Samuel Jonas has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer of IDT Corp., effective December 31, 2013. Shmuel Jonas has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company since June 2010. Shmuel Jonas joined the Company in June 2008 and served as a Vice President until June 2009, when he was elected to serve as the Company’s Vice President of Operations. Since 2004, Shmuel Jonas has also been the managing member of Arlington Suites, LLC, manager of a thirty million dollar mixed-use ground up development project in the Bronx, New York.

Rich has administered, designed and implemented high level information and technology systems to support cable, broadband and telecommunications companies for 20 years. Most recently, Rich served as CTO for AltiComm and previously was the founder and President of Broadband Applications Management, a company focused on designing and implementing OSS and BACC systems. Rich also served in VP and senior positions at Carolina Broadband, MediaOne, Arrowsmith Technologies and General Electric. Rich is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Engineering. He served as an officer in the army overseas and in the US before achieving the rank of Captain and leaving for private industry. He also holds an MBA from Boston University.

He has worked as Member Board of Governors at Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC); Chair at ITW Global Leaders' Forum; and Cable TV, Directories, Cellular at Business Development and Regulatory. Marc works or has worked as President at Beyond Network. He studied at London School of Economics and Political Science, U. of London between 1987 and 1988.
