The HVAC Service Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of field technicians through constructing and leading the team with skills and extensive knowledge. This role is in charge of ensuring work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner by portraying strong examples of leadership. **What You'll Do:** Supervise our technicians and jobs with company goals and growth in mind. Working alongside your fellow technicians in the field, you facilitate a team atmosphere through skill, example, and attitude. You conduct daily technicians and job check-ins to ensure work is done correctly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task and keep up with high paced project schedules; be able to coordinate and maintain a good working relationship with GC's, Architects, Engineers, and inspectors; setup daily schedules with your appointed install crews; conduct pre job sites visit and produce accurate ductwork, gas piping, refrigerant line sets, and concisely and foresee potential problems prior to the start of the job. The candidate should know and be familiar with current residential and commercial building codes and the inspection requirements of the local inspectors. Be able to efficiently close out a project to final inspection, assist with final punch list items and help close out unforeseen project issues that arise from time to time. Complete special projects and perform other job duties as assigned. **What you need to succeed:** High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years Residential HVAC install field experience. 2+ years supervisory experience. EPA Certification Required. NATE Certification is a plus. Advanced leadership and Labor Management Coursework is a plus. The A/P Specialist is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable functions across assigned stores. This role ensures timely, accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, reconciliation of financial accounts, and maintenance of accounting records in accordance with company standards and procedures. The position works closely with store managers, vendors, and the Finance team to ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities * Process all payables for assigned stores, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Match invoices to purchase orders and enter Accounts Payable transactions into Epicor and Bill.com for payment processing. * Review and process Ace Hardware statements for payment through the Epicor AP system. * Manage and reconcile store bank accounts, including daily deposits and bankcard reimbursements. * Verify daily sales deposits and ensure timely posting of all transactions. * Perform monthly reconciliations for banks, bankcards, sales tax payable, and undeposited funds; prepare other account reconciliations as needed. * Maintain the A/P email inbox and respond to vendor inquiries, including 1099 vendor requests. * Support periodic audits and provide documentation as requested. * Assist with other accounting duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements * Education / Training High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred. Foundational knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles, with a willingness to learn new systems. * Skills & Competencies Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general ledger systems (experience with Epicor (Eagle) is a plus). Price existing plan customer renewals in a timely manner. Meet KPI of twenty outbound renewal calls per day. Build customer relationships and answer customer follow questions. Follow up on plan sales daily to generate tasks and add any special filters needed for customer service to order. Add plans to new installation customers, make sure equipment has been entered correctly, and old equipment has been removed from customer file. Generate new plan offers to any new installations who have additional systems. Drive new plan sales through billable service invoice searches to send and gain new customers. Ensure plan follow up is happening in a timely manner. Reminders are sent 2 weeks prior, the day of expiration, and 2 weeks after expiration. Review Service Technician plan intros and ensure they are being entered properly for their sales incentive. Sales Reporting Manage follow up to ensure that plan sales are on track for the month.
