Use huddles, communication boards, and store meetings as the means to communicate the store's performance, and educate, engage and motivate the team.

Review all customer service measurement reports (e.g., Mystery Shop, Customer Engagement Survey, etc.), and work with the team to identify opportunities in an effort to sustain or improve overall service levels.

INVENTORY

Your Day at Lowe's
As a Receiver/Stocker, you keep our stores clean and presentable to improve customers' overall shopping experience. You ensure our merchandise is accurately received and replenished by safely unloading merchandise from incoming freight, moving it to the sales floor, and stocking shelves.

Track and document all work performed on each order in detail.
Perform routine PM Services on any and all OPE in a timely manner.
Understand order urgency levels and how to prioritize orders properly
Demonstrate time manager by keeping an Automated Sharpening machine running while working on other orders.
Keep work area clean and uphold a professional work environment.
Work with other technicians to keep days out to the desired time frame.
Report any urgent issues to the Service Manager.

COACHING AND TRAINING:
