Generally a fun and ever changing place to work.
Management could not spell communication let alone effectively do it. Too much micro managing and not enough local thought given to situations.
Reasonable insurance coct.
Very distant person. No opinion
Encourage more local based decisions, this includes training management to do this.
Dress nice, learned about the company and benefits vis internet.
Better than average.
Very good. We are a very inclusive company and but shoes in how each person is fairly treated.
The coworkers and customers. I truly enjoy coming in each day to see what I can help a customer with. This includes myself and the help of my coworkers.

I think we are all one family and let's work like a family.
Making sure that the job is done.
Flexible for the most part, not too demanding for non management employees. Every day is different and nothing is overly complex.
As GM, responsibilities were very demanding and had little to no help from others. Always on call, worked on vacations and planned life around the job. Terrible work life/balance and no benefits of any kind.
Employee discount

Worked for a chain of about ten stores over a couple of states. The CEO is part owner or something. Has entire family on payroll and then micro manages and lies to everyone else. Does not care about anyone but family members.
Discount on purchases.
I liked that it was a small store and I liked that my co-workers were friendly and hardworking.
I did not like the management as it was sometimes very sloppy.
The employee discount was my favorite perk.
I love the design work of designing stores.
