Natalie Baumgartner was appointed to the Elevations Board in November 2015 and elected in April 2016. She also serves on the Governance and Nominating Committee.

Natalie is the Chief Workforce Scientist at Achievers, an international Employee Engagement Platform, where she directs the Achievers Workforce Institute, working to translate engagement research into SaaS-based software. Prior to joining Achievers, she co-founded and served as Chief Psychologist at RoundPegg. She has spent over a decade consulting on engagement and corporate culture with C-suite executives, boards of directors and private equity investors. She holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Denver, a master’s degree in clinical psychology from UCLA and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to her work at Achievers, Natalie serves on the board of the Consulting Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association and is a popular speaker on culture, engagement, mergers and acquisitions, and change management, as well as a TEDx speaker on culture fit. Natalie lives in Boulder with her husband and three little girls. She enjoys hiking, running and chasing her daughters down the ski slopes.

Michael Cohen is an intrapreneur and product leader with over a decade of experience in innovation and product-based roles. With product roles that have spanned sports, retail and financial services, Michael has a track record for intrapreneurship and product development that has seen him bring multiple successful and scaled products to market. As the Chief Product Officer at Achievers, Michael is responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of the Achievers suite of products. Michael is a proven builder of high-performing and innovative product teams and businesses through his agile and diverse team-first approach. Michael is a regular author and conference speaker on the topics of innovation, intrapreneurship, developing innovation culture and disruptive technology. Michael is also a mentor to multiple start-ups, a Board Member at Sketch Youth Arts and is a member of the Technology and Innovation Advisory with Sick Kids Hospital Foundation.

Tony Hocevar is the Chief Marketing Officer at Achievers. He attended Ivey Business School at Western University.

As the Chief Customer Officer at Achievers, Vanessa is focused on helping our clients develop and cultivate successful employee engagement programs that ultimately align with and contribute to the attainment of strategic business objectives. Since 2011, Vanessa has had the opportunity to lead and develop fantastic teams focused on a world-class customer experience and has partnered with many diverse organizations who share her passion for creating a work environment committed to employee recognition as a key driver of business success. Vanessa has over 10 years of experience working for high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Achievers, she held various Client Services positions at leading software organizations, including Workbrain and Eloqua, where she specialized in Client Strategy and Education & Best Practices Delivery. Vanessa holds a double honours degree from the University of Guelph in Psychology and Marketing Management.
