Role accountabilities: Conduct thorough inspections and maintain documentation Review project basis of design and specifications, compile comments, and participate in project readiness meetings Attend quality control meetings with the Client, GC, and other trade contractors Review and ensure compliance with the GC's QC Plan, Testing and Inspection Plan, and Equipment Protection Plan Verify equipment installation and ensure compliance with contract documents Review RFIs and Submittal to ensure compliance with the latest revisions Perform weekly reviews of the GC's schedule compliance Provide weekly reports to the client's Project Engineer Ensure all observations are closed out and provide a final quality control report Qualifications & experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, construction management, or related field, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure projects, but not required Good understanding of construction processes, mechanical and electrical systems, and quality control methodologies. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to construction quality control Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
