Deceuninck North America is seeking Lamination Operators for its Monroe, OH facility. In this role, the Lamination Operator supports the assigned line by ensuring raw materials are staged, ready to be staged and fed in a timely manner as well as assisting in the setup and breakdown of each run. Core Responsibilities: * Read and interpret technical drawings. * Evaluate part profile and coverage area of film to design and install primer application pads. * Adheres to all quality protocols and sample collection procedures. * Responsible for ensuring line is stocked and base material available for current and next line assignment. * Responsible for feeding base material through machine without interruption. * Insures all product packages meet Deceuninck North America quality and quantity standards. * Inspects lines at beginning of shift for proper running conditions and reports any abnormalities. * Maintains an organized workspace that is free of debris and trash. * Follows all safety rules and procedures. * Performs other duties as required or assigned. Welds components in a heavy manufacturing environment. Operates equipment, conducts required quality checks and interprets production work orders. Essential Functions: * Supply and operate welding systems. Make running adjustments as needed. * Operate plasma cutters and material handling equipment such as overhead hoists and cranes. * Lay out, position, and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding. * Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment as scheduled. * Meet established production standards. * Conduct required quality checks using basic measuring equipment. * Accurately report daily activities on work orders, QAD Reporting, and Kanban cards and other media as required. * Exercise safe working habits while operating machines. 1st shift Blast/Etch Operator Title: Blast/Etch Operator Reports to: Finishing Supervisor Shift: 1st, 6am - 2pm Requirements: Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving Have strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment Responsibility: The blaster must be able to perform operations and operate all equipment efficiently in the blasting of metal castings, defined as turbine components or castings of comparable weight and size (from approximately 5 to 75 pounds). Specific Duties: Perform 90 Grit and 60 Grit Sand blast by loading and unloading parts in cabinets. Perform hand blast on castings. Insure visual acceptance of castings. Pass inspection test.
