Ensures that daily work complies with all established company safety policies. Captures all work performed in Maintenance Connection, an asset management program, per Company policies.

Works with Water Treatment Plant personnel to monitor and/or control SCADA

Handles high-pressure, medical and liquid cylinders. Prepares high pressure cylinders and cryogenic vessels for filling. Attaches to manifold, evacuates cylinders to eliminate all possible contaminants.

* *Mow and fertilize turf, apply pesticide, and perform general grounds maintenance. Operates the necessary equipment needed for these tasks including, but not limited to, riding lawn mower, tractor, front end loader, back hoe, dump truck, roller, power sprayer, stump grinder, cherry picker, vehicle trailer and various other utility vehicles with attachments.
* *Remove snow from roadways, parking lots, walkways, and building entrances. Operate the necessary equipment needed for these tasks including, but not limited to snowplow truck, salt spreader, front end loader, MT trackless vehicle (or "sidewalk" machine), snowblower, hand shovel.
* *Clean, inspect, and maintain grounds equipment, tools and vehicles. Follow basic maintenance procedures as listed in each equipment operator's manual. Basic tasks include but are not limited to: checking fluids, lubricating wear points, sharpening mower blades, adjusting mower deck height, calibrating spreaders/sprayers, etc. Report any equipment problems to the supervisor.
* *Collects and disposes rubbish daily.
* *Weed eradication (spraying & pulling), fertilizing, reseeding and watering of turf.
* *Install and maintain flower beds including edging, mulching, planting, and weeding.
* *Install, maintain, transplant, and remove shrubs, hedges, trees and other plantings.

Job Summary
Maintain plant daily preforming routine maintenance tasks (i.e. lubrication, major and minor repairs) and clean up (i.e. shoveling, washing with a high-pressure hose, running a skid steer loader).
