Mobilize the project: establish the site office trailer; post permits, labor notices, safety regulations, and EEOC material; set up sanitary stations and coolers. Direct and coordinate all field activities for contractors, suppliers, and vendors to meet drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards. Build and maintain the construction schedule; identify risks early and drive solutions that keep work on track. Order materials, sequence work, and schedule inspections at the right milestones.
