Job DescriptionIndustrial Construction Site Superintendent Join a leading design-build general contractor delivering manufacturing facilities across Ohio and throughout the U.S. We're looking for an experienced on-site leader who has served as the Prime Contractor, overseeing entire projects from mobilization through closeout. Prepare professional correspondence (e.g., schedule of values, project schedules, memos, RFIs, transmittals, submittals). Submit building permit applications, track reviews, secure approvals, and process associated fees via Check Request (Urgent Pay Request) per procedure. During execution, proactively steer quality, schedule, budget, and safety; use scheduling and document-control tools to track performance. Document subcontractor/supplier progress and quality; notify them of plan/spec/schedule changes promptly. Keep management informed on productivity, costs, quality control, documentation, and payment applications; escalate issues affecting quality, budget, progress, or safety. Prepare, schedule, and oversee completion of the final punch list; maintain an orderly site and construction office. Nurture strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and teammates. Perform other related duties aligned with core responsibilities as needed.
