This includes loading and unloading rods, applying pressure using a manual press, managing oven cycles, and performing hardness checks. The operator is also responsible for maintaining accurate logs, labeling, and general housekeeping. This role requires physical endurance, the ability to work in elevated temperatures, and strong attention to quality and safety standards.
