The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership while ensuring the organization runs efficiently. This role combines high-level executive support with office management and administrative oversight, serving as a central point of coordination across daily operations and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. This position requires flexibility to work outside of standard business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) as needed to support executive and organizational demands , contributing to a well-run, efficient, and professional corporate environment.

What You'll Take Ownership Of:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient work environment.

Assist with planning and executing company meetings, corporate events, and holiday celebrations.
Plan, prepare, and coordinate meals twice per week for the corporate office, including food preparation, and ensure a clean and organized kitchen setup.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in travel planning, with demonstrated responsibility for organizing and managing travel logistics.
Hands-on experience with group travel coordination, including registrations, booking coordination, and managing arrangements for multiple participants.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and its features.
5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or office management role supporting senior leadership.
Proven ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive communications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents, data, and internal systems.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, customer-service-oriented demeanor.
Experience coordinating office operations, vendors, procurement, inventory, and administrative processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and/or Google Workspace; experience with purchasing, expense, or travel platforms preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and administrative staff.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LUBE TECHNICIAN
As a Lube Technician, your day revolves around inspecting tools and equipment for damage and reporting repairs needed. You schedule ongoing maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition and roll up your sleeves to conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, including changing fluids and hydraulic lines, ignition replacements, and replacing filters, starters, and alternators on various equipment. You also load, unload, and organize equipment around the yard while cleaning and maintaining equipment. What You'll Take Ownership Of:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with QuickBooks and its features.

Your Day-to-Day:
As a Rental Associate, you balance customer service and equipment management. Your responsibilities include:

Your Role as a Service Technician
Your daily routine involves diagnosing and repairing a diverse range of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fuel problems on motorized power equipment and tools. Your responsibilities include:
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing various issues on motorized power equipment and tools
Performing service calls on the road and communicating with customers about equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed
Performing routine engine maintenance (lubricating parts, replacing spark plugs, testing and inspecting engines for malfunctioning parts, repairing and replacing worn/defective/broken parts, and reassembling and reinstalling components and engines following repairs)
Cleaning up tools and work areas after each project, keeping indoor and outdoor workstations clean and clear from obstructions, and maintaining clean and working service trucks
Prioritizing your work schedule, especially during busy seasonal times
Clearly communicating with the Service Supervisor and Parts department to ensure parts are ordered and received in a timely manner
Accurately record keeping, including inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used
Assisting as sales support if needed
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
Completing related tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
To be willing to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
To be willing to cross-train in other repair areas and help work on anything sold at Acme Tools
Lift up to 75 lbs.

What You'll Do
Stage equipment for Service Technicians throughout the day to keep workflow moving efficiently.
Load, unload, and organize equipment in the yard and during customer pickups/drop-offs.
Inspect, clean, and maintain tools and equipment, reporting repairs as needed.
Thoroughly clean units before they enter or leave the service department.
Create, modify, and close work orders accurately in our software system.
Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and via email.
Assist with scheduling routine equipment maintenance.
Perform minor repairs or service tasks to support the technicians (based on shop needs).
Work collaboratively with all departments to support a positive, team-oriented environment.
Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and contribute to a secure work environment.
Handle related tasks as assigned, every day is a little different!
What You'll Bring
Strong customer service skills.
Comfort using a computer and willingness to learn new software.
Interest in working with powered equipment and mechanical tasks.
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Bonus Points If You Have
Previous mechanical repair experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE TECHNICIAN
In your role as a Service Technician, your daily routine involves diagnosing and repairing a diverse range of systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and gas and diesel engines, to ensure their optimal performance. Your commitment to order and cleanliness extends to maintaining organized workspaces, both indoors, and in outdoor areas. On service calls, you uphold the cleanliness and functionality of service trucks. Effective communication plays a pivotal role in your responsibilities, as you collaborate with customers, the Service Supervisor, and the parts department to keep clients informed about the status and location of necessary repairs and to ensure timely parts procurement. As a Service Technician, you uphold company safety standards while efficiently completing your assigned tasks. In addition to hands-on work, you maintain accurate records, documenting parts ordered and equipment repair hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Mechanical experience, including previous experience working with DC voltage controls, hydraulics, and gas and diesel engines
