What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)

Proficiency with data entry and account systems (experience with DNA or similar systems preferred).

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer deposit accounts by performing accurate data entry and account maintenance in the core system (e.g., DNA), including product changes, overdraft protection, refunds, and account adjustments.
Process daily NSF/OD activity and assist with exception handling to ensure timely, accurate posting and compliance with Bank policies.
Balance and reconcile deposit-related accounts such as money orders, cashier's checks, CDs, and club accounts; research discrepancies and make correcting entries as needed.
Support ATM and debit card processing by handling applications, maintenance, adjustments, and daily reporting through the ATM processing platform.
Respond to customer and employee inquiries regarding deposit accounts, documentation, and processing issues, ensuring clear communication, timely resolution, and proper record retention.

What You'll Do
Support Commercial Lenders by preparing commitment letters, loan write-ups, memorandums, and assembling loan packages for settlement and post-closing.
Coordinate loan documentation with attorneys, settlement agents, insurance companies, and internal staff to ensure all information is accurate and complete prior to closing.
Process advances and paydowns on commercial loans, update financial information on tickler systems, and file or scan commercial loan documents for record-keeping.
Track and follow up on missing documentation such as insurance, financial statements, and business agreements to ensure loan files remain current and compliant.
Assist with reporting by supporting the Credit Administration team with lending reports, SBA filings (if applicable), and other departmental projects.
