Barbaricum seeks an experienced Electromagnetic Warfare SME to support a Special Operations customer that includes an Electromagnetic Warfare Officer, Electromagnetic Warfare capability manager and a commodity team to deliver outstanding services to DoD customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities Acquisition subject areas include: Planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of studies, projects, and programs Aggregation, allocation, decomposition, and tracking of requirements. KBR is looking for an Executive Level SME to support an exciting opportunity within the Vanguard Systems Program Office (VSPO) within the NRO Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Directorate. The candidate will provide satellite systems technical engineering and programmatic support for all lifecycle phases for a new start program. The candidate will engage with the community to provide source selection documentation and production contract management. Duties will include:
- Draft pre-solicitation documents that reflect the Government's requirements while adhering to all applicable policies and federal regulations.
