Bill Pierznik is responsible for worldwide legal affairs and corporate and business development at Jive. In this role, Bill oversees corporate, commercial, IP, litigation, compliance, privacy matters, as well as mergers, acquisitions and technology partnerships. Before joining Jive, Bill founded and served as managing partner of Alto Law Group, a technology-focused law firm based in Portland, Oregon. Prior to this role, he worked at Stoel Rives LLP also based in Portland. Bill started his legal career at the Silicon Valley-based law firm of Cooley Godward. He received his JD from University of California-Los Angeles. His Bachelor of Arts in history from Haverford College.
