    JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for overseeing the crew and equipment on a plant or project site. The position is responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely and to the customer's standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience with industrial cleaning or project remediation and previous supervisory experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain safety standards and requirements at all times for entire crew under supervision. Perform, operate, and supervise others in various tasks such as hydro blasting, chemical cleaning, vacuum truck operation, and tank cleaning. Operate extremely high pressured water blast equipment to clean heavy industrial equipment (pipe, boilers, tanks, heat exchangers, bundles, etc). Work in diverse environments such as confined spaces, various heights, storage tanks, and diverse project sites. Work outdoors in all weather conditions--extreme heat, cold, dry or wet environment.t Physically capable and willing to 50 lbs while working with hoses, chemicals and other equipment required for assigned job. Hook up and break down hoses using proper tools. Assist in the operation of equipment or power tools. Clean up work area and equipment after work is completed. Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps and general work area Read works orders and collects all basic equipment to perform tasks Complete all appropriate paperwork including services receipts. Additional duties as assigned EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: A strong commitment to safety 5 - 10 years of experience operating heavy equipment, vacuum trucks, hydro-blasters, and line cleaning Strong customer service skills Ability to manage and motivate others Valid driver's license required, CDL preferred Ability to travel and work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays as required
