Christine Heckart is a transformational executive with experience on both sides of the board table. She brings over twenty-five years of experience in the technology industry having held a variety of leadership roles including COO, GM, president, and CMO in industries that include network, storage, digital infrastructure, music and video, and consulting. She has experience with software, SaaS, hardware, and service business models at companies ranging in size from one person to over one hundred thousand. Heckart has worked at iconic brands such as Microsoft, Juniper Networks, Cisco Systems and NetApp, and companies going through rapid scale and transformation challenges such as Brocade Communications, Wiltel, and TeleChoice. Having begun in product development, Heckart's passion is in forging wholly new markets, and she has launched three that have reached several billion in revenues annually. She has also created disruptive business models and worked through big market downturns and inflections. Heckart is known for her strategic vision and understanding of market transitions. She has experience in high growth environments where scale challenges predominate, and is also familiar with the challenges of leading major transformational change. Recently named one of the Fifty Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council and a 2016 Woman of Influence by Silicon Valley Business Journal, her passion is helping people and companies achieve more than they ever thought possible.Heckart serves on the board of directors for Lam Research, a Fortune 500 semiconductor equipment and nanotech company and 6Sense, a venture-backed AI company.Married for 30 years with three grown children, Christine writes, paints and follows leading science research in her spare time. Andrew Ory, one of the co-founders of 128 Technology, has served as the company's Chief Executive Officer and board member since inception. Prior to 128 Technology, Andrew co-founded Acme Packet in August 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President until Acme Packet's acquisition in 2013. Andrew also founded Priority Call Management and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Andrew holds a B.A. from Harvard University.
