Michael Dunne is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of ACTIV Financial Systems, Inc. He has 5 years of senior management experience and over 15 years' software development experience at ICV Ltd / Primark / Thomson Financial, making major contributions to the design and development of the TOPIC3 and GlobalTOPIC products. At ACTIV, Mike has architected and led the development of the state-of-the-art ACTIV suite of products. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Manchester.

Stephen J. McNeany is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of ACTIV Financial Systems, Inc. and has over 27 years senior management experience in real time market data technology. Prior to ACTIV Steve was the founder and CEO of A-T Financial Information, Inc. from 1987 to 2000. ATFI’s innovative accomplishments include the first real-time market data display terminal using Microsoft Windows, the first real-time local area network client-server architecture, and the first client server market data solution integrating multiple consolidated feeds into a single display terminal application. Steve was Vice President of Software Development for MarketView from 1984 to 1987 and started his career in market data in 1982 as a software engineer for Commodity Communications Corporation where he assumed the role of Manager of Software and System Design that same year. He received degrees in Mathematics from the University of Illinois. In 1968 and 1969 Steve served as an officer in the Army with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam.
