The money is ok. There's is no work life balance

Management only considered about there self. Very disappointed with producing very disrespectful bully mentality. Safety only a concern when trying to fire someone. Age discrimination because all manger are in there 30 act like children.

Management in aiken sc plant buddy buddy system. If you make improvement to the mill reduce down time and try to make a difference. Management dose not want change he has been there 12 to 14 years and his decision or production are the only thought that count. Stay away wrong mind set!

Ami senior management need to take a intrest in aiken sc there's a reason no body wants to work there and don't stay.
