Bill is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Active Wellness, Active Sports Clubs & BMC3 Consulting. He is a health club industry veteran with over 25 years of experience leading and managing all aspects of commercial health clubs, medical fitness centers, residential, community, multi-tenant and corporate fitness sites. He co-founded Active Sports Clubs and Active Wellness, LLC and owns a health club consultancy - BMC3. He serves as President & CEO of all three entities. Bill has served as Chairman of the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) Board of Directors, President of the Mid Atlantic Club Management Association (MACMA) and served on the Industry Advisory Board for the Amercian Council of Exercise (ACE). Bill also serves and has served on a litany of advisory boards with fitness trade publications and related technology companies. Bill also recently joined the advisory board of Finesse. Carey White is a Board Member Co-Founder at FEEDING YOUR KIDS FOUNDATION, Board Member Co-Founder CFO at Active Wellness, and Board Member Audit Committee Chairman at LANDMARK INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS LP and is based in San Francisco, California. She has worked as CFO & CTO at Club One; CFO at WeddingChannel; and Firmwide Controller / Director, Financial Planning & Analysis / CFO, ICE Line of Business at KPMG US. Carey studied at Stanford University between 1983 and 1987, Germantown High School between 1979 and 1983, and Harvard Business School between 1990 and 1992.

Michele Wong is a Chief Operating Officer at Active Wellness and is based in San Ramon, California. She has worked as Vice President, Active Wellness Division at Active Sports Clubs Oakland City Center and Director of Wellness at Club One. Michele studied at California State University, East Bay between 1992 and 1999.

Approaching almost two decades as a strategist in the areas of product development, marketing, and technology my focus has moved from solely developing and delivering product launches and digital media campaigns to establishing thought leadership in the field of health and wellness, specifically regarding tactics to attract and motivate people towards healthier behaviors. In 2016, I was honored to be named one of the top 50 influencers in digital health by Onalytica. Over the past decade I have been fortunate to feed my passion for wellness and fitness by working in both the cognitive science and health club sectors. In addition to my current role with Active Wellness, I also currently function as Verywell.com's Health Technology \'Expert\'.

I am a charter member of the International Positive Psychology Association, as well as a member of the American Psychological Association. I’m accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine. I’m also an active member of the American Marketing Association. Although a Clydesdale athlete I can still proudly tout being a two-time Ironman. My passions are wellness-centered products, technology, marketing, psychology, philanthropy, and anything that helps improve people’s overall well-being.

My dissertation focused on identifying the tactics and strategies that move workplace wellness programs forward.
