Compensation is low, especially for the amount of stress and work being performed. People performing the same job have widely different rates of pay. The company's push to maintain its margins puts the squeeze on pay rates.

This is the most diverse company I've ever worked with, employing people of all colors, religions, sexual orientations, etc.

The most joy I got at Actriv was working with the variety of friendly people - however, it's a shame that the bonds we created were largely communal support against the unpredictable and unhappy owners.
