Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
1 Removes throw a ways from Hand Shop kettles and carries to water hopper and after cooling transports to cullet hopper.
2. Assists in Hand Shop as required. (ie. Job changes, mold changes, set-up press, etc.) .3 Monitors cullet convey or during job change on automatic machines conveyor.
.4 Removes gobs from water hopper at automatic machine, cullet conveyor.
.5 Performs Mold Boy and Carry-in duties as required.
6. Removes molds from hand shop machine and transport to storage table as required.
7. Performs general clean up and painting. (ie. rest rooms, and Hot Metal Department) 8. Operates forklift as required.
9. Assist Tank man as required.
10. Complete required reporting on a daily basis.
1. Assists others in resolving production difficulties to insure a smooth and efficient operation. 12. Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
13. Uses safe working practices and reports all hazardous conditions.
14. Keeps supervisor informed of material, process and equipment needs and problems.
15. Performs other related duties as required.

Overview
Provide advanced customer service to internal and external customers for personal and commercial lines policies across multiple service areas, including Billing and PaySync Services, performing tasks in either area as business needs dictate. * Manage high-volume inbound calls in a call center environment, addressing Billing or PaySync inquiries. * Act as a liaison with internal departments (Billing Services, Premium Audit, Underwriting) and external partners (agents, payroll providers) to ensure accurate and timely resolution.

The purpose of this position is to provide direct handling of the company's most complex and challenging claims. Responsibilities of this position include coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and disposition of assigned claims. Responsibilities
* Effectively evaluate and resolve coverage issues for all lines of business and all liability claim types.
* Investigate the claims through telephone, written correspondence, and/or personal contact with claimants, attorneys, insureds, witnesses and others having pertinent information.
* Effectively and efficiently manage vendors and expenses.
* Timely analyze information in order to evaluate assigned claims to determine the extent of loss, taking into consideration contributory or comparative negligence. Assign medical or other experts to case and arrange for medical examinations when necessary.
* Effectively evaluate, negotiate and resolve claims within delegated authority (ranging from $100,000 to $400,000) utilizing the appropriate denials or releases.
* Provide required reports to claims, underwriting, reinsurance and actuarial on significant exposure cases.
* Report on all cases going to trial on a timely basis and attend portions of trials when warranted or where requested by management.
* Ensure proper referrals and timely updates to appropriate Reinsurer(s).
* Ability to handle or oversee Extra-Contractual, EPLI, Social Services and E&O claims against the Company.

Purpose:
Provides a critical layer between the Business, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and Information Technology teams with responsibility to gather, analyze, evaluate, and document the business, functional, technical, security, performance, training, and data mapping requirements needed to effectively deliver analytics and reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge in using the appropriate tools and technologies to create and/or provide governance of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation needed by various teams (business users, testers, trainers, and applications development teams) to successfully develop and maintain infrastructure and business systems applications.
Produce and publish the required SDLC artifacts on projects with a moderate degree of complexity and scale.
Attend kickoff and other project-related meetings with end business users to understand initiative objectives, document results, and capture follow ups, as appropriate.
Attend and participate in Data Governance meetings while utilizing Data Governance best practices
Document the “AS IS” and “TO BE” business, and technology processes.
Assist in the creation of test cases and test data for, and the execution of Unit, Integration, and Usability testing.
Support the effort to maintain system documentation, including screen, report, and job execution descriptions, user manuals, operational procedures, application, and job flows.
Provide status reports according to departmental and project standards.
Identify continuous process improvement opportunities and operationalize solutions for the same.
Participate actively in requirement gathering and gap analysis activities.
Provide support to end business users by answering quick hit questions or directing them to our Product Owners, Analytics Consultants, or Data Product managers.
Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge of insurance applications and core business functions, or equivalent experience in the financial services, of Property & Casualty Insurance industry.
Ability to interact with Information Technology and Line of Business management, and when necessary lead the planning and execution of implementations of small to medium complexity projects.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse/ Business Intelligence and Analytics project lifecycle (SDLC), tools, technologies, testing, and best practices.
Familiarity of Power BI and Databricks.
Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
Knowledge of data gathering using Structured Query Language (SQL).
Knowledge of information technologies, their uses, and applications.
