Keith G. Myers is co-founder of LHC Group and has served as chairman and CEO since 1994. He is also a co-founder and serves on the boards of the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare and the Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation. Mr. Myers received credentials from the National Association for Home Care and Hospice in 1999, and was granted credentials by the Healthcare Financial Management Association in 2005. In June 2003, Mr. Myers was named the regional Entrepreneur of the Year for outstanding performance in the field of healthcare services, and was officially inducted as a lifetime member of the National Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame in November of the same year. With over 35 years of experience in the health care industry, Dan Dietz currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for CHI Health at Home. Dan joined the organization in 1999 as Chief Operating Officer for American Nursing Care, one of CHI Health at Home’s lines of business. After five years with American Nursing Care, Dan was appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CHI Health at Home in April of 2004. Dan has spent the last 12 years exercising is natural management abilities and his desire to serve others as the organization’s leader. Prior to joining CHI Health at Home, Dan worked for Apria Healthcare, a national home care company from 1985 to 1999. Dan held several executive positions with Apria and its predecessor companies, lastly as the Regional Vice President for Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan. From 1978 to 1985, Dan worked in the health field in clinical, sales and sales management roles. Dan has a BS in Management and Economics from Northern Kentucky University. In Dan’s current role with CHI Health at Home, he is committed to providing the best quality and comprehensive home-based services to the communities CHI Health at Home serves, nationwide.
