David Joubran is the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Acumen Solutions, a global, privately-held business and technology consulting firm focused on providing innovative solutions to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Acumen Solutions is a Salesforce Global Strategic Partner that is dedicated to helping clients build cloud-based solutions that lead to increased revenue, streamlined operations, and improved productivity. Mr. Joubran began his career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. Following his role at Andersen Consulting, Mr. Joubran built and managed the eBusiness practice of NDC Group, subsequently known as Xpedior. Mr. Joubran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from George Mason University. He is an active distance runner and triathlete who has completed six Ironman distance triathlons and numerous marathons and ultra-marathons. Mr. Joubran lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and their two children.

Mr. Fulk currently serves as Acumen Solutions' Chief Financial Officer and leads the Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT departments. In this role, Mr. Fulk is in charge of the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, financial statement preparation, and day-to-day accounting functions. His other responsibilities include 401(k) and payroll administration, maintaining all banking relationships, as well as federal, state and local tax filings and audit compliance. Operationally, Mr. Fulk leads the company’s commercial real estate strategies and activities. The IT department is in charge of internal applications, network privacy, data security, and hardware/software support for the company.



Prior to joining Acumen Solutions, Mr. Fulk worked for Cohn Reznick LLP (formerly Watkins Meegan LLC), a public accounting firm, where he was involved in attestation, tax preparation, and consulting services. Mr. Fulk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. Mr. Fulk is a Global Advisory Board Member at The CFO Alliance as well as the Treasurer for the Crossroads Adaptive Athletic Alliance.
