What the role involves: We are looking for a talented Business Systems Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of Midnight's products and technology. In this role, you will analyze, enhance, and automate business processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement technology solutions, and drive continuous improvement in workflows. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on organizational efficiency and effectiveness and reports to the IT Director. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for optimizing business workflows, implementing enterprise solutions, and ensuring seamless cross-functional integration. Requirements Who you are: Skilled in full-stack development, with experience designing and integrating end-to-end software solutions. Proven expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes, integrating software systems, and automating tasks to improve efficiency. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Demonstrated success in a similar role, focusing on process optimization and technology integration. Familiarity with software systems, automation tools, and compliance considerations; knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
