Responsibilities
* Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods (METHOD/S) of inspection
* Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations

* Identify, track, manage and mitigate risk on specific client engagements. Escalate these issues when necessary to ensure minimal impact to quality, budget, and timeline.

* Prepare project reports including description of work done, conclusion and recommendations.

Job Objective: The primary goal of this role is to repair and maintain Kona-style Injection Machines (horizontal and vertical), robotics, automation, and integration equipment.
Key Responsibilities: This role focuses on maintaining the injection molding operations and associated equipment.
Maintenance & Repair (80% of Time): Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance (PM) for molds, machines, and related automation. This includes support equipment like blenders, grinders, hoppers, conveying equipment, hoists, and complex automation systems.
Process Setup & Troubleshooting (40% of Time): Responsible for process setup and troubleshooting injection molding, blending and grinding processes. You will make process adjustments to bring parts into specification and work with production to identify and correct defects.
Inventory & Documentation (20% of Time): Maintain inventory for machine molds and related equipment. You are required to maintain work records (work orders, PM's, Materials and parts) on a computerized Maintenance system.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience: 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining injection molding equipment.
Technical Knowledge: Must have a thorough knowledge of mechanical related production equipment.
Essential Skills: Must have analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrated mechanical skills techniques, and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation equipment.
Tools: Required to have your own trade related tools to perform required tasks.
Work Practices: Must have a working knowledge of safe work practices including lock out/tag out.
The Electrician & Maintenance Technician will assist production and maintenance with achieving NOV's daily KPI goals by troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, as well as provide training for production supervisors, operators and maintenance personnel on an ongoing basis. This role will also assist with operational activities that support the manufacturing process, by providing skilled mechanical and electrical / electronic support to all areas of manufacturing, while maintaining all NOV Quality and Safety measures.

Job Details..Who You Are..Responsibilities
Exterior washing
Assist with interior flushing
Valve cleaning and assembly
Observing tank entries
Clean Hoses and Pumps
Operation of cleaning systems and controls (valves, piping, start/stop switches, timers)
Perform general laborer duties
Use cleaning equipment, i.e. spinners, hoses, pumps, drum cleaning products, and product residue (up to 50 lbs.)
Piping and hoses carrying liquids under pressure (hot, cold, hazardous, also steam)
Possesses and demonstrates the ability to perform assigned tasks in a manner that adheres to the company Safety, Health, Environmental, and Security policies
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to work in variable weather conditions
Must be able to work on uneven and/or slippery surfaces
Ability to read and comprehend standard procedures and practices
Knowledge of proper procedures for handling and disposal of hazardous waste materials
High-pressure wash system may create noisy conditions in certain work areas
Physical activity will be required when handling cleaning equipment, i.e. spinners, hoses, pumps, drummed cleaning products, and product residue (up to 50 lbs.)
Hazardous chemicals are used in both manual and mechanical cleaning processes. Respiratory protective equipment may be required for handling certain products (HAZMAT training provided)

NAS410 FPI Technicians

Acuren is currently recruiting for NAS410 FPI Technicians for a project starting ASAP from 2025 into 2026 at GE. Responsibilities * Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment * Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
* Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
* Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
* Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
* Organize and report test results
* Perform specialized inspections
* May instruct and supervise others
* Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Some college preferred
* Certified Level II PT other NDT certs a plus
* Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
* Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
* Knowledge of NDT equipment
* Experience in report writing
* MUST BE ABLE TO CERTIFY TO CUSTOMER TEST
* PASS CUSTOMER BACKGROUND
* MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH GE SPECS
* MUST MEET NAS410 for FPI
