Titleist is seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly motivated club fitter to join our elite fitting team. As a Fitting Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional fitting experiences at consumer events, expertly matching golfers with the right equipment to elevate their game. Representing the Titleist brand, you'll conduct 30-150 events per season-ranging from Titleist Thursdays to tournaments-primarily Tuesday through Saturday. Your role will include providing industry-leading product knowledge, coordinating event logistics, and building lasting connections with dedicated golfers. Job Summary:
Oversee the daily duties of clinicians to ensure compliance with local, state, and Federal Regulations, as well as CMG, LP policy and procedures. Work collaboratively with leadership to promote the development of counseling skills and quality of care for patients.
Essential Functions:
Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, and regulations and to do so within the allocated budget for the clinic

Job Overview
The Chief Engineer II maintains the physical structure and equipment of the building in optimal working condition, performing preventive maintenance and emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on electrical, mechanical, fire and life safety, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Writes reports for accidents or other incidents such as when team members or customers are hurt within the store or in the parking lot and processes according to company procedures.

Responsible for dealing with emergencies, crises, and any problems that arise during the day in the store.
Maintains effective contact with team members at all levels in the organization involved in store operations (i.e., Warehouse, Distribution, Regional Directors, Regional Trainers, Merchandising, etc.).
Responsible for ensuring dates on merchandise, such as dairy products, meats, and baked goods, are checked and expired food pulled off the shelves on a regular basis pursuant to Sprouts procedures.
Ensures the specials and items advertised in flyers are on the shelves.
Develops and trains future leaders.
Responsible for making sure team members are trained.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be a Perishable Manager at Sprouts you must meet the following qualifications
1-3 years retail management experience
