Implementation and Configuration: Configure Adobe Workfront based on best practices and business requirements, utilizing features like scenarios, modules, and routes. Oversee the implementation of new features, enhancements, and system updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems using connectors and APIs. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide expert guidance and training to users to maximize the platform's effectiveness. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the platform meets the organization's needs. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures, including documentation of scenarios, modules, and routes in Workfront Fusion. Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Technical focus areas: Scenarios: Configure Workfront and Workfront Fusion to automate tasks and processes by defining a series of actions and their triggers. Modules: Building blocks in scenarios that perform specific actions, such as creating tasks, updating records, or sending notifications. Routes: Paths that data follows within a scenario, determining how information flows from one module to another. Connectors: Pre-built integrations that enable Workfront to communicate with other systems and applications, facilitating seamless data exchange. APIs (Application Programming Interfaces): Tools that allow different software systems to communicate and share data, enabling integration and automation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront, including system configuration and implementation. Adobe Workfront certification (Professional Developer Core and/or Fusion, or Expert Developer) Proven experience in designing and implementing project management solutions. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities. Experience with system integrations using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs. Proficiency in database management and scripting languages is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a similar role within a large organization. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
