Job Description Are you a skilled marketing manager known for your strong communication skills and ability to blend creativity with a well-structured approach? We're currently on the lookout for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll take the lead in co-creating and executing collaborative marketing strategies to amplify the visibility of Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager in our Partner network. You'll also play a pivotal role in crafting marketing strategy, collateral and driving demand generation for both brands and our partners. Responsibilities: Build and execute joint marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with technology, services, and reseller partners Own the launch process for strategic technology partners - including driving the cross-function project plan and GTM activities. Take ownership of the strategy, creation, and execution of a Market Development Funds program, including all associated processes aimed at enhancing the program's effectiveness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine the most effective use of collateral for conveying our message to partner audiences. Oversee the execution of partner-focused campaigns, with the dual objective of delivering value to our most productive partners and creating new business opportunities for the Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager sales team. Develop a portfolio of campaigns that can be rolled out across the partner network. Consult and collaborate with Alliance Executives to ensure that supporting campaigns align with industry topics. Track KPIs for partner campaigns, including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution. Identify underperforming campaigns and collaborate with partners to optimize strategies for improved ROI. Develop and deliver targeted training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate partners on product updates, competitive positioning, and best practices for driving adoption. Partner with customer success teams to create joint onboarding programs and educational content for new customers acquired through partners. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College in marketing or related industry. 7+ years of experience in creating marketing campaigns, experience in SaaS partner marketing is greatly preferred. Experience with the Office of Finance required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. A track record of commitment to prior employers.
