Pros

Nothing.

Cons

Low pay, no room for growth, horrible management, constant broken promises, raises are constantly pushed back or just not giving, there is no incentive to do your job well, leadership positions are handed to friends, technicians are poor, machines aren't kept up, jobs are repetitive and do cause physical injury which is ignored, safety is poor, no organization skills by management. Basically if you want something that pays a few cents more than McDonald's and has less opportunities to advance.
