Lead and develop a team of 3 finance professionals, fostering a supportive and high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal grant requirements, and FQHC-specific regulations. Support continuous improvement by enhancing financial tools, dashboards, and workflow efficiencies. This is a dynamic and highly visible role that blends analytical rigor, team leadership, and mission-driven financial stewardship. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FINANCE MANAGER A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field 7-10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience Healthcare or nonprofit experience; FQHC experience is a plus Experience with grant-funded programs and federal compliance requirements preferred Strong leadership and coaching skills Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and collaboration across departments TECHNICAL SKILLS Proficiency with automated financial accounting systems (MIP Fund Accounting preferred) | Experience with Ramp (expense management), AVID (AP), and CTR (payroll) | Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling) | Familiarity with third-party billing systems and automated workflows | Experience supporting financial audits and working with external auditors CALLING ALL VETERANS Adagio Health welcomes applicants with military experience. Acts as a replacement for clinicians who are unable to work their regularly scheduled hours or for health centers that need to have a clinician on an as needed basis.
