Bill Vance is a Chief Technology Officer at Adams and Reese LLP and is based in Greater New Orleans Area. Ann M. Wallace is the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at the law firm of Adams and Reese, a full-service firm with 16 offices located throughout the southern United States and Washington, DC. Ann is a senior level marketing executive with over thirty years of experience in all aspects of marketing and operations management. She has been with Adams and Reese since 2001 and during that time, has helped the firm in accomplishing its aggressive goals for growth and expansion, becoming one of the largest and fastest growing firms in the region.

Ann works closely with all aspects of firm management and has developed an in-house marketing and business development staff of fourteen professionals. Working closely with the firm’s Managing Partner, Executive Committee, Practice Group Leaders and Team Leaders, Ann participates in developing and executing the firm’s strategic planning decisions, in addition to directing all of the traditional marketing and business development efforts of the firm, including client relationship management, marketing research, communications, advertising, public and community relations, direct marketing, seminars and special events, and business continuity planning. She is also a member of the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee and Diversity Committee.

Prior to joining Adams and Reese, Ann’s experience in a variety of industries in both agency and in-house environments, covered everything from launching and producing media branding campaigns to developing successful community relations initiatives to national marketing department development. She specialized in working with clients in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Ann has twice been named one of New Orleans City Business' \'Women of the Year\'. She has also been recognized for her volunteer efforts and involvement in various professional, civic and charitable organizations. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
