The customers are very nice, 95% of them. I feel safe there. The food is always good when I buy lunch or dinner. 20% off is nice.
Some management create a hostile environment, picking on certain people. They also don't like anyone needing days off, unless it'ss weeks and weeks in advance, and life doesn't always work that way. Some of the managers are really unkind.
It's festive at the holidays, and again the customers are mostly really great.
I don't know a lot of people in leadership positions. Only in my own dept.
I would ask that HR take complaints seriously. If 5 people are upset about one person, something needs to be done. Some training is needed about basic manners....saying hello, goodbye, smiling....just being polite.

It's in line with all other supermarkets. But you do get the 20% off.
