SUMMARY Under general supervision by the Senior Vice President of Education, the Coordinator of Operations, Education, will support the education department's activities at ADAPT Community Network. The Coordinator of Operations builds on the current strengths of our education programs while prioritizing a person-supported perspective. Successful candidates are already overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of education-related data; and are looking to bring those skills to ADAPT Community Network. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Coordinator of Operations, Education will include but are not limited to the following: * Certifying attendance on CMR site and assist fi-techs and finance staff with CMR issues. * Follow-up with CMR certification and payment issues. * Review Payment rosters and share with finance staff. * Provide Finance department with payment amounts and anticipated date of payment * Review FTE information from tracking and review tracking for corrections to FTE or student data - work with fi-techs to ensure corrections are made. * Respond to audit requests for CFR completion. * Review and assist with any needed corrections in revenue. * Review and assist with any corrections needed to cash receipt schedules. * Responsible for all the grant submissions and have entered final reports as well. * Collect, compile and submit the PD-6 report each winter. This is the report on personnel hired and contracted to provide education and related services to students with disabilities. This report is also completed online. Each site submits their data and incumbent compile and submit. * Complete and submit the SEDCAR report. The report is a count of students enrolled by a specified date in preschool and school age programs. This count is used to determine the 611/619 budgets. * Review 611 and 619 applications before they are submitted. * Work with DOE representative and Family Connect staff to ensure that the 611/619 contracts reflect education programs' needs. * Review and sign check requests and requisitions for 611/619 purchases. * Enter potential staff into PETS and check status updates. * Assist with attendance percentages for 4410 desk audits. * Supervise collection of time sheets from contracted staff. * Supervise and direct education finance staff and fi-techs. * Complete performance evaluations for education finance staff and fi-techs. * Review and approve education finance and fi-techs' time in HRIS. * Track LMS trainings and ensure that all measures for safety and well-being are maintained at highest level. * Provides overall direction, guidance and supervision to Fi techs at assigned schools and main office. * Conducts staff meetings with assigned Fi techs on a regular basis. * Supports an effective personnel program which includes recruitment, staff development, appropriate position descriptions, performance standards, and performance appraisals. * Conducts individual supervisory meetings with subordinates to discuss program, personnel or training needs and assesses their performance. * Responds to program and work-related questions, problems and complaints from staff, families and outside regulatory agencies. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. SUMMARY Under the general direction of the Clinic Administrator and Medical Director, the Neurologist is responsible for the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders in pediatric and adult individuals supported by ADAPT Community Network. This role provides comprehensive neurological care in accordance with professional standards, agency policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. The Neurologist collaborates closely with primary care providers, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality, and person-centered medical care. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Neurologist include, but are not limited to, the following: Conducts comprehensive neurological examinations and assessments for pediatric and adult individuals. Diagnoses disorders and diseases of the nervous system using clinical evaluation, medical history, and diagnostic testing. Determines and implements appropriate courses of treatment for neurological conditions, including medication management and therapeutic recommendations. Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures necessary to evaluate neurological conditions. Prescribes medications and other therapeutic interventions in accordance with New York State law and professional standards. Refers individuals to medical specialists and ancillary services as clinically indicated. SUMMARY This position reports directly to the Assistant Controller. The Treasury Manager is primarily responsible for cash flow planning, analysis, and reporting with enhanced focus on daily cash movement operations. The Treasury Manager maintains retail banking relations for ADAPT Community Network and manages all cash positioning activities. The position requires proactive management of liquidity to ensure operational needs are met while optimizing interest income. The Treasury Manager must exercise independent judgment within established policies and objectives that influence treasury operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Treasury Manager will include but are not limited to the following: TREASURY FUNCTIONS Monitors and reviews all cash and investment account transactions daily to ensure appropriate balances are maintained for ongoing operations. Executes daily cash positioning and movement between accounts to optimize cash utilization and minimize fees while ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations. Forecasts short-term and long-term cash requirements and develops strategies to meet those needs. Manages lines of credit, including initiating drawdowns or repayments with approval of the authorized signers. Monitors compliance with the terms of lines of credit, especially compliance with periodic payoff requirements. Works with authorized bank signatories to maintain proper banking access and authority levels following internal control requirements. Assists with online banking access management under the guidance of authorized signatories. Maintains authorized signatory documentation for all cash and investment accounts in accordance with Board approval and bank policy. Coordinates the timely and accurate monthly ACH payments required. Manages electronic banking relationships and systems, including ACH origination, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture. Reviews Bank Reconciliations. PETTY CASH & RESIDENT ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT Reviews petty cash and household accounts activities, including funding, documentation, and reconciliation Support and maintain systems for efficient management of resident personal allowance funds. Implements and maintains strong internal controls for petty cash and resident funds tracking. Prepares monthly reconciliation reports and resolves discrepancies. Ensures compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements for managing petty cash and household accounts CASH RECEIPTS Reviews cash receipts to ensure they are deposited promptly to the correct entity. Implements and oversees efficient cash collection processes, including lockbox services and electronic payment methods to accelerate cash flow. Maintains batch control logs for cash deposits through assignment of batch sequences and G/L account offsets to cash. Prepares cash receipt documentation for review and approval by the Assistant Controller. Manages government payment programs, including tracking of incoming ACH and check payments. Ensures proper allocation and recording of payments to appropriate client accounts. Coordinates benefit payments processing and client allowance disbursements. GENERAL ACCOUNTING - INVESTMENTS Prepares account activity documentation for monthly reconciliation and roll-forward schedule of Investment activity. Collects and tracks payment with proper documentation. Prepares intercompany transaction documentation for monthly processing. Interfaces with external auditors as requested, providing documentation related to cash and investment activity. Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance cash handling efficiency and control. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Sets a positive example for other employees by complying with all agency policies and procedures. Develops and maintains policies and procedures related to treasury operations. Conducts periodic reviews of banking relationships and cash management systems. Keeps current on cash management trends, technologies, and best practices. Performs special projects as required or assigned by the Assistant Controller. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Residence Program Specialist will include, but are not limited to the following: * Provides care and assists with personal development and independence of the people we support. * Ensures that all measures for safety and well-being are maintained at highest level. * Trains the people we support in activities of daily living and in development of self-help and social skills. * Maintains a personalized, homelike atmosphere in the residential facility. * Attends weekly staff meetings as well as any other assigned meetings and in-service training. * Prepares concise written reports including Incident Reports, Progress Notes and other reports as assigned. * Responds to crisis situations and medical emergencies, including accidents by taking quick and decisive action. * Ensures actions are conducted in a manner that prevents abuse and reports observations of co-workers who may be abusive in accordance with established procedures. * Administers appropriate first aid based on visible symptoms and medical history in accordance with established guidelines and accepted first aid practices. * Summons police, fire, ambulance or other emergency personnel if situation warrants it. * If emergency has caused a person we support to exhibit behavior that is threatening or dangerous, in accordance with OPWDD approved Behavior Management guidelines, may have to provide strategies for crisis intervention and prevention. * Provides transportation for the people we support in agency vehicles to and from work, shopping, programs, doctor's appointments, etc. * Assists with meal planning and preparation as well as with purchasing of food and supplies. * Demonstrates and understanding of and implements behavioral programs. * Participates fully as a member of interdisciplinary plan. * Maintains an ongoing informal exchange of information. Maintains written logs for recording daily activities. * Performs housekeeping, cooking, laundry, light maintenance and light preventative maintenance duties as needed in order to maintain a safe and homelike environment. * Supervises any other activities as may be necessary in order to maintain quality of program. * Dispenses prescribed medications to residents after successful completion of medication administration course and in line with Agency protocol. AMAP's are supervised by residence nurse in all areas related to medication administration. * Attends to personal hygiene needs of the people we support, i.e. toileting, bathing and changing as situation warrants. * Handles all person specific documents in a secure and confidential manner. * Provides guidance to Residence Program Specialists in absence of Residence Manager and/or Case Manager. * Directs all important situations, inquiries and concerns which do not fall under Residence Manager, Case Manager and Program Director. * Participates in orientation of new staff by modeling direct services in program. * Prepares work schedules and assign shifts to Residence Program Specialists as requested. * Performs related duties as requested. Directly responsible for all medical issues of residents. Works with appropriate clinical or program staff and community agency staff to identify and maintain placement in day programs, workshops, school programs, etc. which are in community and are required in residents' service plan. Acts on behalf of residents at schools or school boards, health clinics, local businesses, employers, transportations, providers, social groups, neighbors, etc. in order to ensure fair and appropriate consideration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Certified Teacher Assistant will include, but are not limited to the following: Provides physical and programmatic aid to children assigned. Aids in program plans and preparations. Assists with supervision of children in assigned areas. Provides Teacher with information about children that will assist in development of appropriate learning and behavioral experiences. Assists children with use of available instructional resources and assists Teacher with development of instructional materials. Follows established classroom activity schedules. Assists Special Education Teacher in maintaining a clean and organized classroom. Always implements universal precautions. Assists with toileting and feeding of children as needed. Assists with outer clothing of children receiving services on arrival and departure as needed. Participates in activities outside of activity room, when necessary, i.e. trips, pool, gym. Enters swimming pool and participates fully in all pool activities with children as required. Attends required staff meetings. Participates in in-service training programs within department. Assists with transporting children between buses and building as requested. Initiates precautions within established framework to assure that own work is completed in a manner free from recognized hazards. Substitutes in other classrooms as requested. Support schedule of appointments for supervisors, exercising discretion administrator's time and in referring caller or visitor to another appropriate source of information of service. Answers telephone and screens call for Compliance Department administrators and personnel. Directs all relevant compliance situations, inquiries and questions to appropriate personnel. Prepare memos, meeting minutes, etc. for Compliance Department administrator's review. Oversees, maintains, and replenishes Compliance Department office supply and equipment inventory. Receives, sorts and distributes Compliance Department incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Establishes, maintains, revises and updates a filing system for Compliance Department administrators and personnel. Performs photocopying and collating for Compliance Department administrators and personnel. Work collaboratively with other Compliance Department staff. Execute processes associated with Compliance Department meetings, including but not limited to, procurement of refreshments, scheduling and setting up meeting places or resources, notification of meeting attendees, cleanup activities etc. Performs other related duties as requested. The Treasury Manager is primarily responsible for cash flow planning, analysis, and reporting with enhanced focus on daily cash movement operations. The Treasury Manager maintains retail banking relations for ADAPT Community Network and manages all cash positioning activities. The position requires proactive management of liquidity to ensure operational needs are met while optimizing interest income. The Treasury Manager must exercise independent judgment within established policies and objectives that influence treasury operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Treasury Manager will include but are not limited to the following: TREASURY FUNCTIONS Monitors and reviews all cash and investment account transactions daily to ensure appropriate balances are maintained for ongoing operations. Executes daily cash positioning and movement between accounts to optimize cash utilization and minimize fees while ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations. Forecasts short-term and long-term cash requirements and develops strategies to meet those needs. Manages lines of credit, including initiating drawdowns or repayments with approval of the authorized signers. Monitors compliance with the terms of lines of credit, especially compliance with periodic payoff requirements. Works with authorized bank signatories to maintain proper banking access and authority levels following internal control requirements. Assists with online banking access management under the guidance of authorized signatories. Maintains authorized signatory documentation for all cash and investment accounts in accordance with Board approval and bank policy. Coordinates the timely and accurate monthly ACH payments required. Manages electronic banking relationships and systems, including ACH origination, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture. Reviews Bank Reconciliations. PETTY CASH & RESIDENT ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT Reviews petty cash and household accounts activities, including funding, documentation, and reconciliation Support and maintain systems for efficient management of resident personal allowance funds. Implements and maintains strong internal controls for petty cash and resident funds tracking. Prepares monthly reconciliation reports and resolves discrepancies. Ensures compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements for managing petty cash and household accounts CASH RECEIPTS Reviews cash receipts to ensure they are deposited promptly to the correct entity. Implements and oversees efficient cash collection processes, including lockbox services and electronic payment methods to accelerate cash flow. Maintains batch control logs for cash deposits through assignment of batch sequences and G/L account offsets to cash. Prepares cash receipt documentation for review and approval by the Assistant Controller. Manages government payment programs, including tracking of incoming ACH and check payments. Ensures proper allocation and recording of payments to appropriate client accounts. Coordinates benefit payments processing and client allowance disbursements. GENERAL ACCOUNTING - INVESTMENTS Prepares account activity documentation for monthly reconciliation and roll-forward schedule of Investment activity. Collects and tracks payment with proper documentation. Prepares intercompany transaction documentation for monthly processing. Interfaces with external auditors as requested, providing documentation related to cash and investment activity. Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance cash handling efficiency and control. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Sets a positive example for other employees by complying with all agency policies and procedures. Develops and maintains policies and procedures related to treasury operations. Conducts periodic reviews of banking relationships and cash management systems. Keeps current on cash management trends, technologies, and best practices. The Physician will also contribute to health promotion, disease prevention, and the integration of medical services that enhance the well-being of individuals supported by the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Physician will include, but are not limited to, the following: Conducts comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and preventive health assessments. Diagnoses and manages acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions in alignment with evidence-based practices. Prescribes medications, orders diagnostic tests (laboratory, radiologic, and specialized exams), and develops treatment plans. Administers vaccinations and immunizations in accordance with guidelines and patient needs. Coordinates care with Nurse Practitioners, RN Case Managers, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity and follow-up.
