SUMMARY
Under general supervision by the Senior Vice President of Education, the Coordinator of Operations, Education, will support the education department's activities at ADAPT Community Network. The Coordinator of Operations builds on the current strengths of our education programs while prioritizing a person-supported perspective. Successful candidates are already overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of education-related data; and are looking to bring those skills to ADAPT Community Network.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Coordinator of Operations, Education will include but are not limited to the following:
Certifying attendance on CMR site and assist fi-techs and finance staff with CMR issues.
Follow-up with CMR certification and payment issues.
Review Payment rosters and share with finance staff.
Provide Finance department with payment amounts and anticipated date of payment
Review FTE information from tracking and review tracking for corrections to FTE or student data - work with fi-techs to ensure corrections are made.
Respond to audit requests for CFR completion.
Review and assist with any needed corrections in revenue.
Review and assist with any corrections needed to cash receipt schedules.
Responsible for all the grant submissions and have entered final reports as well.
Collect, compile and submit the PD-6 report each winter. This is the report on personnel hired and contracted to provide education and related services to students with disabilities. This report is also completed online. Each site submits their data and incumbent compile and submit.
Complete and submit the SEDCAR report. The report is a count of students enrolled by a specified date in preschool and school age programs. This count is used to determine the 611/619 budgets.
Review 611 and 619 applications before they are submitted.
Work with DOE representative and Family Connect staff to ensure that the 611/619 contracts reflect education programs' needs.
Review and sign check requests and requisitions for 611/619 purchases.
Enter potential staff into PETS and check status updates.
Assist with attendance percentages for 4410 desk audits.
Supervise collection of time sheets from contracted staff.
Supervise and direct education finance staff and fi-techs.
Complete performance evaluations for education finance staff and fi-techs.
Review and approve education finance and fi-techs' time in HRIS.
Track LMS trainings and ensure that all measures for safety and well-being are maintained at highest level.
Provides overall direction, guidance and supervision to Fi techs at assigned schools and main office.
Conducts staff meetings with assigned Fi techs on a regular basis.
Supports an effective personnel program which includes recruitment, staff development, appropriate position descriptions, performance standards, and performance appraisals.
Conducts individual supervisory meetings with subordinates to discuss program, personnel or training needs and assesses their performance.
Responds to program and work-related questions, problems and complaints from staff, families and outside regulatory agencies.

Master's degree in Special Education
Post Graduate Degree in Supervision and Administration
At least five years of experience as a Special Education Teacher and give years of experience as a School Administrator
2 years of experience supervising or coordinating a team.

Neurologist - Bronx Clinic (1 day/month)

SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Clinic Administrator and Medical Director, the Neurologist is responsible for the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders in pediatric and adult individuals supported by ADAPT Community Network. This role provides comprehensive neurological care in accordance with professional standards, agency policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. The Neurologist collaborates closely with primary care providers, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality, and person-centered medical care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Neurologist include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Conducts comprehensive neurological examinations and assessments for pediatric and adult individuals.
* Diagnoses disorders and diseases of the nervous system using clinical evaluation, medical history, and diagnostic testing.
* Determines and implements appropriate courses of treatment for neurological conditions, including medication management and therapeutic recommendations.
* Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures necessary to evaluate neurological conditions.
* Prescribes medications and other therapeutic interventions in accordance with New York State law and professional standards.
* Refers individuals to medical specialists and ancillary services as clinically indicated.
* Collaborates with primary care clinicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
* Provides consultation to other medical and dental staff when hazardous procedures are contemplated or when complications arise outside of their scope of expertise.
* Seeks consultation as necessary to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care.

SUMMARY
Under general supervision, is responsible for the development and implementation of the Individualized Service Plans for the people we support and their advocates in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the applicable governmental and other regulatory agencies within a residential setting. Provides case management services to assigned individuals and determines individual aptitudes, interests and preferences. Identifies appropriate service providers and links individuals with providers. Coordinates services and monitors the satisfaction of the people we support with the services received.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Case Manager will include, but are not limited to the following:
Provides social services to each person we support working toward maximizing their social functioning, enhancing coping capacity of their family, asserting and safeguarding their human and civil rights, and fostering their human dignity and personal worth.
Develops and monitors individual treatment plan in accordance with regulatory and agency policy.
Participates in interdisciplinary planning. Interprets, documents, and follows up on all recommendations of interdisciplinary team meetings. Chairs all meetings of the interdisciplinary team.
Includes channels of communications and consultation with residential staff and professional staff to identify the needs as the people we support progress through habilitation.
Develops goals and activities generated by interdisciplinary team. Produces an active treatment plan schedule for each person served.
Documents comprehensive functional assessment and review of plan of care as needed.
Ensures proper data collection through observation and in-service training.
Assists in all activities of daily living and participates in activities outside of the residence, i.e. shopping, trips swimming pool as needed.
Supervises Residence Program Specialists in implementation of active treatment plans.
Makes regular and meaningful family, residential, and agency-wide contacts.
Trains and instructs Residence Program Specialists on the specific goal plans for the people we support, relevant data collection, daily routine, and general procedures and practices of the residence.
Maintains contacts with government social services agencies, not-for-profit social service agencies to access resources and/or advocate for services.
Performs individual evaluations to determine whether and when alternate placement is needed.
Handles family outreach and in-service training.
Ensures that all benefits for which the people we support may be eligible for are applied for in an expeditious manner and to effect transfer of any prior accumulated funds to agency.
Provides systematic follow-up to assure referral to appropriate community agencies upon discharge.
Works regularly with, develops, or is responsible for maintaining security of confidential information such as records of person receiving services which requires regular use of discretion. Improper disclosure may cause embarrassment, disruption, or conflict to agency or persons receiving services and their families.
Coordinates admissions to program including preparation of referral material, initial screening of applicants, contact with families, and other referral services.
Ensures all required adaptive equipment is secured and maintained in good working order.
Maintains up to date files on applicants.
Processes new admissions including contact with families and arrangements for day programming.
Advocates for the people we support to ensure that all their rights are being fulfilled.
Writes monthly case notes on all interpersonal, social, workshop progress and family contacts of the people we support.
Serves as a liaison to Day Programs, Service Coordination, and Clinics as needed.
Keeps abreast of changes in field.

SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Investigator supports the integrity and safety of ADAPT Community Network's programs by conducting thorough internal investigations, providing administrative oversight of incident reporting systems, and ensuring compliance with OPWDD and Justice Center regulations. Conducting agency investigations, as assigned.
Provide administrative support to the Program Support Department.
Provides training to staff regarding conducting investigations, incident reporting, and related topics.
Assist with management and tracking of information in OPWDD's IRMA database and interface with the Justice Center to ensure incident closure.
Coordinates completion of annual OPWDD Utilization Reviews for ICF Programs.
Assists in completion of required Justice Center target letters, submission of SCR target searches, and submission forms for Investigative Records for Abuse and Neglect Allegations.
Interfaces with OPWDD incident coordinators to ensure proper classification of incidents.
Assists in preparation of annual trend information for incidents.

SUMMARY
Under general supervision, is responsible for assisting in a wide variety of program areas as assigned by Program Director or designee. Implements program plans (goals, on-going services, special needs) under direct supervision of Habilitation Specialist and provides personal care to the persons receiving services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Habilitation Assistant will include, but are not limited to the following:
* Provides physical and programmatic aid to the people we support where assigned.
* Aids in daily operation of assigned program areas.
* Assists with supervision of the people we support in assigned areas.
* Assists the people we support out into community on a regular basis and while out there, maintains close supervision of them.
* Drives agency vehicles for transportation of the people we support, pickups, deliveries, community outings and medical appointments, or emergencies as required.
* Performs clerical work for assigned areas, i.e. collating, folding, typing and answering telephones.
* Participates in case conferences as needed.
* Serves as member of interdisciplinary plan.
* Collects data for written program plans as assigned, i.e. behavior plans, treatment plans.
* Provides necessary program support/coverage.
* Writes case notes and provides information on incidents as required.
* Follows established classroom activity schedules.
* Assists Habilitation Specialist in maintaining a clean and organized program rooms.
* Assists with toileting and feeding of persons receiving services.
* Assists with outer clothing of persons receiving services as needed.
* Participates in activities outside of activity room, i.e. trips, pool, gym. Enters swimming pool with program participants as required.
* Dispenses prescribed medications to the people we support after successful completion of medication administration course and in line with agency protocol. AMAP's are supervised by a nurse in all areas related to medication administration.
* Attends periodic supervisory conferences and with the program director and required staff meetings.
* Participates in in-service training programs within the department.
* Initiates precautions within established framework to assure that own work is completed in a manner free from recognized hazards.
* Substitutes in other groups as requested.
* Performs other related duties as requested.

SUMMARY
This position reports directly to the Assistant Controller. The Treasury Manager is primarily responsible for cash flow planning, analysis, and reporting with enhanced focus on daily cash movement operations. The Treasury Manager maintains retail banking relations for ADAPT Community Network and manages all cash positioning activities. The position requires proactive management of liquidity to ensure operational needs are met while optimizing interest income. The Treasury Manager must exercise independent judgment within established policies and objectives that influence treasury operations.

The Parent Coach/Direct Support Staff will be responsible for conducting parenting classes and one-on-one coaching for individuals with developmental disabilities. SUMMARY

Under the general direction of the Medical Director, the Physician provides high-quality, person-centered medical care to patients in ADAPT Community Network's clinics and programs. Conducts comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and preventive health assessments.

SUMMARY
Provide on-going training and personal assistance to Community Habilitation participants with disabilities with the intent of promoting independence and community inclusion. Work with minimal supervision, provide training, role modeling, structured routines and specialized assistance as outlined in each participant's habilitation plan. SUMMARY

The Parent Coach/Direct Support Staff will be responsible for conducting parenting classes and one-on-one coaching for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires creating lesson plans, implementing and evaluating goals and objectives, and identifying performance/behavior gaps to improve performance. The Parent Coach/Direct Support Staff will also develop independent learning activities and engage parents with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) to promote skill development. Other responsibilities include maintaining records, traveling to conduct coaching sessions, conferring with supervisors, assisting with organization of staffing and logistics, and ensuring services are delivered with dignity and privacy.

SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the program director or designee, the Residence Program Specialist is responsible for supporting the care, development, and independence of individuals living in an ADAPT Community Network residential facility. This role fosters dignity, respect, and learning while helping to create a safe, supportive, and homelike environment. The Residence Program Specialist provides direct support, skill-building, and advocacy to ensure that the people we support achieve their personal goals and enjoy the highest quality of life possible.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Residential Program Specialist will include, but are not limited to the following:
Provides care and supports the people we support in achieving greater independence and personal development.
Ensures the safety, health, and well-being of the people we support at all times.
Teaches and assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), including self-help, social, and community living skills.
Maintains a personalized, homelike, and respectful atmosphere within the residence.
Participates actively in interdisciplinary treatment plans and implements individualized program goals.
Documents daily activities, progress notes, incident reports, and other required records accurately and in a timely manner.
Responds to crisis situations and medical emergencies, including providing first aid and contacting emergency personnel as needed.
Contacts emergency personnel (police, fire, ambulance) when necessary to ensure safety of the people we support and staff.
Ensures all actions are conducted in a manner that prevents abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and immediately reports any concerns in accordance with agency policy.
Follows all OPWDD-approved behavior management guidelines, including use of approved interventions when required.
Administers medications as an Approved Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP), following agency protocols and under nursing supervision.
Provides transportation for the people we support to program, work, appointments, and recreational activities as needed.
Assists with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation to promote nutrition and independence.
Participates in housekeeping, laundry, and light maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
Attends and participates in staff meetings, trainings, and in-service sessions to support ongoing development and quality care.
Promotes dignity, respect, and person-centered approaches in all interactions with the people we support, families, and staff.
Maintains confidentiality of all resident information and documentation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUMMARY
This position reports directly to the Assistant Controller. The Treasury Manager is primarily responsible for cash flow planning, analysis, and reporting with enhanced focus on daily cash movement operations. The Treasury Manager maintains retail banking relations for ADAPT Community Network and manages all cash positioning activities. The position requires proactive management of liquidity to ensure operational needs are met while optimizing interest income. The Treasury Manager must exercise independent judgment within established policies and objectives that influence treasury operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Treasury Manager will include but are not limited to the following:
TREASURY FUNCTIONS
Monitors and reviews all cash and investment account transactions daily to ensure appropriate balances are maintained for ongoing operations.
Executes daily cash positioning and movement between accounts to optimize cash utilization and minimize fees while ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
Forecasts short-term and long-term cash requirements and develops strategies to meet those needs.
Manages lines of credit, including initiating drawdowns or repayments with approval of the authorized signers.
Monitors compliance with the terms of lines of credit, especially compliance with periodic payoff requirements.
Works with authorized bank signatories to maintain proper banking access and authority levels following internal control requirements.
Assists with online banking access management under the guidance of authorized signatories.
Maintains authorized signatory documentation for all cash and investment accounts in accordance with Board approval and bank policy.
Coordinates the timely and accurate monthly ACH payments required.
Manages electronic banking relationships and systems, including ACH origination, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture.
Reviews Bank Reconciliations.
PETTY CASH & RESIDENT ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
Reviews petty cash and household accounts activities, including funding, documentation, and reconciliation
Support and maintain systems for efficient management of resident personal allowance funds.
Implements and maintains strong internal controls for petty cash and resident funds tracking.
Prepares monthly reconciliation reports and resolves discrepancies.
Ensures compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements for managing petty cash and household accounts
CASH RECEIPTS
Reviews cash receipts to ensure they are deposited promptly to the correct entity.
Implements and oversees efficient cash collection processes, including lockbox services and electronic payment methods to accelerate cash flow.
Maintains batch control logs for cash deposits through assignment of batch sequences and G/L account offsets to cash.
Prepares cash receipt documentation for review and approval by the Assistant Controller.
Manages government payment programs, including tracking of incoming ACH and check payments.
Ensures proper allocation and recording of payments to appropriate client accounts.
Coordinates benefit payments processing and client allowance disbursements.
GENERAL ACCOUNTING - INVESTMENTS
Prepares account activity documentation for monthly reconciliation and roll-forward schedule of Investment activity.
Collects and tracks payment with proper documentation.
Prepares intercompany transaction documentation for monthly processing.
Interfaces with external auditors as requested, providing documentation related to cash and investment activity.
Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance cash handling efficiency and control.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Sets a positive example for other employees by complying with all agency policies and procedures.
Develops and maintains policies and procedures related to treasury operations.
Conducts periodic reviews of banking relationships and cash management systems.
Keeps current on cash management trends, technologies, and best practices.
Performs special projects as required or assigned by the Assistant Controller.
Works with Program Management and others to resolve discrepancies
