The Role
As Addepar continues to grow and evolve, we are expanding our Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiting capabilities to support a broader range of commercial functions. We are seeking a Recruiter who can operate with agility and strategic insight as the talent profiles across Sales, Account Management, Client Success, and related teams continue to mature.
In this role, you'll support a dynamic mix of full-cycle searches and collaborative recruiting efforts. At times you will own a search end-to-end; at other times you may partner with another recruiter or provide targeted sourcing and top-of-funnel support for high-volume hiring needs. This flexible model allows us to meet the business where it is, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality outcomes.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. The current range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for selected GTM roles; including Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product Specialists, and select Client Success roles.
Flex between owning searches outright and supporting other recruiters with sourcing, screening, or volume support as business needs fluctuate.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for newly evolving roles across our commercial organization.
Partner with hiring managers and GTM leaders to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, interview structures, and market positioning.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience with timely and transparent communication.

Who You Are
Experienced GTM recruiter with full-cycle expertise hiring across Sales, Account Management, Sales Ops, Client Success, and other commercial roles.
4+ years of sourcing or recruiting for finance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth tech companies.
Comfortable recruiting for complex and high-context roles, including quota-carrying sales talent and GTM technical skill sets.

The Palantir Design Team is responsible for the human experience of using our software. Designing at Palantir is a varied experience. As a Product Design intern, your responsibilities look similar to a full-time designer, with the resources, stability, and mentorship of an established tech company. You will work with fellow Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Forward Deployed Engineers to refine and evolve the quality of Palantir products.
Interaction and visual design. As a product designer, you'll be involved at every stage of design work. You should have experience designing and prototyping using tools such as Figma.
User research. We frequently do informal user research, and value people who can be flexible with research processes and methodologies to achieve the right outcome. You'll often visit customer offices to interview and learn from the users we serve. You'll pair qualitative methods (e.g. scripted usability tests and contextual inquiry) with quantitative information, like product and usage metrics.
Deliver and communicate designs in close collaboration. We work closely with product and forward deployed engineers to realize our design ideas. You'll treat engineers and product managers as partners and collaborate with them to prototype and build out products.
Awareness of how software interfaces are built. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Typescript is appreciated. You don't need to be an expert-just fluent enough to collaborate with engineers, and know what's possible with frontend technologies.

The Role
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) partner directly with key technical & strategic counterparts at Addepar's largest enterprise engagements.
