Wellspring Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) Peer Support Specialist Summary: Peer Specialists are active members of the CSU multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing safety and support for the wellbeing of clients during their CSU stay. Peer Specialists provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention with the advice and consultation of the clinical team. Peer Specialists assist clients with their mental health recovery through problem solving and life skills training via individual and group sessions.
