Crisis Intervention Specialist Duties: In this role, you will be provide crisis intervention services to individuals in community settings in Licking County. Services being a Public Health Officer, with the ability to write involuntary admissions, and completing Hospital Pre-Screens for Psychiatric admissions or community safety plans, as well as mobile crisis services for children and adults. KEY OBJECTIVES Provide individual, group, and family based clinical services to youth who are at risk and/or have been exploited and are active clients engaged in Gracehaven Therapeutic Group Home (TGH). Assess youth who are admitted to the TGH and make treatment and level of care recommendations in accordance with diagnosis and medical necessity. Develop and implement individualized, therapeutic treatment plans in accordance with the youths diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Participate in a clinical on-call rotation to provide crisis management consultation to the Gracehaven TGH Service Team, conduct on-site, in person, screenings & risk assessments, as well as crisis intervention services to clients when deemed necessary. Job Description Crisis Intervention Specialist Duties: In this role, you will be provide crisis intervention services to individuals in community settings in Licking County. Services being a Public Health Officer, with the ability to write involuntary admissions, and completing Hospital Pre-Screens for Psychiatric admissions or community safety plans, as well as mobile crisis services for children and adults. Each staff is designated a specific shift and location, for a 40 hour work week, with the addition of a one (1), twelve (12) hour On Call shift a month, and on a rotation basis to provide a required holiday coverage, once or twice a year.
