Advise on incident response plans, breach notification procedures, and risk mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of emerging threats and evolving best practices. Ensure policies reflect current legal requirements and operational needs. Support the hospital in managing disputes or litigation related to technology vendors, data breaches, intellectual property claims, and other technology-related matters. Provide day-to-day oversight of workload distribution, productivity, accuracy, and timely completion of R&B workflows.
