Requirements

• Executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, AdaptiveWork, and PowerBI.

Essential Duties:
- Decisions full range of mortgage loans, preferably including FHA loans.
- Review all mortgage applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Work with clients to prepare mortgage applications and related documentation as needed, and help resolve any outstanding issues.
- Work with compliance officers to ensure Federal, State, and local compliance with all mortgage and loan materials.
- Approve or deny mortgages on a timely basis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of mortgage underwriting experience required.

Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative will connect with existing commercial customers to provide reminders about complimentary winter inspections. This position focuses on customer engagement, appointment coordination, and maintaining positive client relationships-no selling or cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact current commercial customers to discuss their free winter inspection service.
Communicate the importance of seasonal inspections and answer general inquiries.
Schedule inspection appointments using internal systems.
Accurately track customer interactions and scheduled visits.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, inside sales support, or call center work is required.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Microsoft 365 Specialist to manage and enhance their Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Purview environments. This role focuses on optimizing productivity tools, securing enterprise infrastructure, and ensuring compliance through advanced Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Manage and secure Azure infrastructure, including Azure AD, identity management, and conditional access policies.
Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management.
Deploy and oversee Microsoft Purview to ensure compliance, data governance, and information protection.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service availability.
Automate tasks and configurations using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
Provide user training and support to maximize adoption of Microsoft solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams and business units to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions.
Stay current on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Purview updates and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Purview environments.
Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory, including conditional access and MFA.
Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and device management.
Deep understanding of compliance and governance features within Microsoft Purview.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
Experience in hybrid environments integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft cloud solutions.
Familiarity with enterprise data governance and advanced compliance scenarios.
