Responsibilities: * Independently manage and prioritize daily collection tasks to ensure timely follow-up * Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding payments; record all collection activities and schedule next steps in the tracking system * Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and deductions through root cause analysis; Recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence * Prepare and maintain accurate reconciliations of customer accounts * Monitor customer payment behaviors* Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred or equivalent experience (not required) * Must have 3 - 5 years Business to Business Collection experience (No personal/individual experience) * Basic understanding of financial statements, customer contracts, and collection processes * Experience creating Excel formulas and pivot tables
