Key Responsibilities
Follow up on aged accounts receivable and high-balance medical claims
Research and resolve claim rejections and denials from commercial and government payers

Analyze denial trends to identify root causes and recurring issues
Maintain accurate claim tracking using spreadsheets and internal systems

Requirements
Experience
