About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts and help the organization attract top talent across multiple departments. This person will help build strong candidate pipelines, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and execute effective sourcing strategies.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, skilled in UKG, and comfortable managing recruitment in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role reporting to the HR Director, who leads with structure, collaboration, and a focus on results.
Key Responsibilities
