Everything. Non-responsive. Used car salesman. Recruiters lie. State they will reach out for openings but never call. Schedule meetings they don’t show up to. Unprofessional. If someone did that to them, they would go off on them.

Hire new managers. They don’t care about anyone.

Recruiters are “so busy” they can’t get back to you but then they tell you then currently have no jobs for you.

The culture. Addison group has a people first mentality and show their appreciation for employees hard work on a daily basis.
