This includes managing the master schedule and covering openings as a result of vacation and call offs. The Group Home Scheduler provides excellent customer service to employees and managers. This is a great opportunity for someone with scheduling experience, strong computer skills, strong time management and who enjoys working closely with others. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule authorized persons in the open shifts including canceling shifts/persons and shifting scheduled persons to other shifts through use of a master calendar. Ensure that the Residential Support Staff have their weekly allotted hours by scheduling or assigning them into available open shifts. Maintain current rosters for Residential Support Staff, Relief, regular on-call staff, overtime staff who are authorized to cover open shifts in the absence of regular staff. Circulate weekly relief schedules, bi-monthly group home schedules, and monthly relief rosters. Communicate with Group Home Directors, Managers, and CPO regarding the scheduling needs/problems related to their assigned group homes and the number of open shifts as needed. Job DescriptionDescription: The Group Home Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Group Home Manager in overseeing the Group Home's household, staff, and program operations. They work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Group Home with additional responsibilities to support the Group Home Manager. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and monitor Group Home Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the implementation and execution of Individual Prescriptive Plans (IPP) and all related programming Assist QIDP and Group Home Manager in the planning of instructional activities designed to meet coordinated IPP goals and objectives. Job DescriptionDescription: Camp Counselor is a seasonal position that works with youth to provide a meaningful experience daily through specialty camp areas: Archery, Art, STEM, or Challenge. DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, develop, and implement a safe and effective summer camp program and curriculum in designated specialty area with activities and projects for each camp appropriate for the age and ability of all campers. Design and deliver diverse weekly activities that make the most efficient use of resources. Adhere to the schedule of activity rotations being in attendance at scheduled locations and times. Take inventory of existing supplies and set-up your specialty area prior to the camp season. Take inventory at the end of the season, store, and keep equipment and supplies in good condition. Develop a project list for the summer along with a supply list to ensure ordering of all supplies prior to the start of camp. Ensure that camp staff and campers know and follow safety and educational procedures; inform and train counselors on their responsibilities and expectations during rotations. Create and lead rotations for all groups and provide campers with a fun and exciting, yet educational experience. Oversee the management, maintenance, and security of the physical facilities, equipment, and supplies in your specialty area. Conduct a daily check of the area and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and good repair. Keep the area clean and free of hazards and debris. ADEC is seeking a Summer Camp Team Lead to support our Summer Camp program in Elkhart, Indiana. This seasonal role plays a key part in planning and leading engaging activities and community outings that promote growth in mobility, social and interpersonal skills, academic development, motor and perceptual skills, and communication for individuals served. The Position The Summer Camp Team Lead assists with day-to-day program leadership and direct support, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services in alignment with ADEC's mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing the Person-Centered Individual Support Plan (PCISP) by providing active treatment that supports goal achievement and new experiences for individuals served. Track and document individual progress toward PCISP goals using assigned documentation and tracking software. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, audit, and operational standards, including ADEC policies and procedures. Develop and facilitate facility-based and community-based activities in small group and one-on-one settings. Provide personal care and medical support, including physical assistance, to individuals attending the Summer Camp program. Complete waiver billing and all required documentation accurately and timely. Serve as a positive role model and support to campers and fellow team members. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge or experience using sign language preferred (especially for specific caseloads). The Training Nurse is responsible for monitoring the training of staff, health care needs for ADEC clients, counseling, and assuring compliance with Medicaid regulations. The part time schedule for this position is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am-4:30pm. The Position: The Training Nurse: Presents in-service education to new and current ADEC staff as needed as a group or individually. Maintains the training materials and ensure the information is up to date and in compliance with Indiana's Core A and Core B training requirements.
